Service Provision

By engaging with Vinsurwaves, you acknowledge our role as a strategic engineering and manufacturing entity specializing in RF technology:

• Manufacturing: We provide sub-micron precision RF antennas and passive components according to specified technical dossiers.
• Installation: Networking and commissioning services are performed in synergy with our sister concern, RF Antennas.
• R&D: Early-stage 6G and THz research data shared on this portal is the intellectual property of Vinsurwaves.

Intellectual Property

All schematics, 6G Terahertz research, and proprietary hardware designs remains the sovereign property of Vinsurwaves:

• Proprietary DNA: Reproduction or distribution of our technical hardware blueprints without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
• Brand Usage: The "Vinsurwaves" name and industrial insignia are protected trademarks under Indian Law.

Liability Limitations

We engineer for zero-tolerance environments, but our liability is defined within specific industrial boundaries:

• Technical Performance: While we ensure 100% quality-controlled reliability, we are not liable for signal degradation caused by environmental interference or third-party hardware integration.
• Force Majeure: Vinsurwaves is not responsible for signal disruption or project delays caused by satellite link failures or sovereign defense mandates beyond our control.

Legal Jurisdiction

This engagement protocol is governed by the laws of India. Any technical disputes or legal claims shall be settled within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
